Sex can seem really scary and complicated. It's OK to be confused or nervous about sex. You need to be aware that there are medical and legal issues about sex too - it's important to be safe and not to break the law. The most important thing to remember is that no-one has the right to make you do anything sexual you don't want to do. If you're worried about sex or relationships, support is available.

Having a boyfriend or girlfriend for the first time is really exciting. It can be fun getting to know someone but it can be confusing too. It is important to stay safe especially when you feel a relationship you are in may be going wrong. Being in a relationship can make you feel great, loved up and special. But if you're with someone who makes you feel scared, humiliated, isolated or forced into doing things you don't want to, this could be relationship abuse.

The contact form below is there for you to ask us any question in private in case you needed any help or support with an issue that is bothering you.

Contact us with your Message, Question, or Problem

This contact form is for you to tell us if you need someone to talk to. Any concerns or problems you have at home or with your family, please feel free to write them here in complete confidence, and click the send button.
