Help for young people in southern Spain

Our mental health covers a wide range of different emotions and concerns including things like depression, anxiety, anger, low self-worth, and even self-harm. Sometimes we know ourselves what the cause is: struggling to cope with losing somebody, abuse or bullying at home or school, feeling overwhelmed by pressure or feeling out of control with matters in our lives. Other times, we don’t know what the cause is. Many young people find it hard to communicate their concerns or troubles because they don’t know how to describe them.

This 121 online support service is designed specifically for young people living in southern Spain, providing private access to a special counsellor who can help you through your concerns about mental health. It isn’t like a telephone conversation – you can write down your feelings at your own pace and you can take your time reading the response and deciding how you want to work through your concerns. The help and advice you receive is just for you; no-one else can see it.
