Personal Stories

Ask us anything

In combination with our Ask Ziggy help topics, we also want to include as many real life stories as we can on this website to help you recognise or identify your own circumstances. Our Personal Stories are actual questions or accounts written by children and teenagers across a broad range of topics including the difficulties of coping with racism or bullying, feeling lonlely or lacking self-esteem or confidence, family money problems, the challenges of moving to a new school or country, and many more. Some of the names and bits of personal information have been adapted to protect the identity of the writer, but otherwise they are real stories which we hope may help you.

If you have a question of your own, or if you are suffering in some way and feel that you have no-one else to talk to, please feel free to contact us using the contact form on this website, or by emailing us at hello@childlineandalucia.org any time.

We are also going to set up a free and confidential helpline for children and teens across Spain for special one-to-one support in the very near future.
