Childline Andalucia is a registered charity in Spain and plans to install the first free-to-use, multilingual helpline for expat children and teenagers in the country. We will initially offer qualified, confidential help and support through the contact form on our website and via email: (firstname.lastname@example.org) across a range of topics including bullying; physical, sexual, or racial abuse; loneliness, body image concerns, health and wellbeing, and sexual orientation.
Whilst reasonable efforts are made to ensure that information on this website is accurate, Childline Andalucia does not accept liability for anything, including injury, loss or damage, contained on or accessed via this site and does not take responsibility for the consequences of viewing or using content in linked sites.
We will do our best to ensure that this site is virus-free, but cannot accept any responsibility for damage suffered as a result of any virus transmitted through visiting this site or any linked site.
Links to External Sites
Although we carefully consider which external websites we link to, either as ‘links of interest’ or ‘paid links’ by our sponsors, Childline Andalucia does not accept any responsibility for the content on these third party sites. Users should make their own decisions about the accuracy of information contained in these external websites.
Users should be aware that the Internet is an insecure public network that gives rise to a potential risk that a user's transactions are being viewed, intercepted or modified by third parties or that files which the user downloads may contain computer viruses or other malicious programs. Childline Andalucia does not accept any responsibility for any interference with or damage to a user's computer system, software or data occurring in connection with this website. Users are encouraged to take appropriate and adequate precautions to ensure that whatever is selected from this site is free of viruses or other contamination that may interfere with or damage the user's computer system, software or data.
Throughout our website we offer users a help and support facility, using a contact form or directly using email, whereby they may ask us any question, or confide in us any concern they may have, in complete confidence. Only members of our dedicated support team will have viewing access to these communications and only qualified support professionals will be able to respond to the user.
We will only break our pledge of confidentiality to a user in exceptional circumstances, such as if we believe that the user has suicidal thoughts and may act on those thoughts at any time in the future, or if the user discloses legitimate safety concerns for someone who isn’t able to speak for themselves like a very young child.
